Stayed here after visiting Yellowstone. Was initially given a room in a creepy separate build away from reception that stunk of gas. Requested to be moved which was dealt with promptly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in a separate building across the car park. Not sure why people complain about this as It is literally 30 seconds walk from reception. Lovely old historic buildings and lovely staff serving breakfast. Request to stay in the main building which is a lot nicer. Recommended for a short stay
Friendly welcome, large comfortable room. Breakfast is very different to the standard Choice , located at the back of the gift store in an atmospheric large room . Staff were great, and very willing to give local information, and ensure you had everything you needed.
This hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable! The location is within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants, but just far enough away that it is still a very quiet area. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful all 4 days of our stay. The pool is next door at the Holiday Inn, which was a bit unexpected, but very accessible. Breakfast is in a separate building across the parking lot in the back of a gift shop, but don't let that concern you! The building is beautiful, and we never felt pressured to make a purchase at the gift shop when we passed through for breakfast. The breakfast area is large and clean, and staffed by the most wonderful older gentleman! He was very attentive to our needs, and was able to share historical information about the building, and the area overall.
For the price it was a great deal! Not the biggest or fanciest place but it worked for what we needed. These staff members were very helpful during our stay: Chris, Jennifer, Joni, and Tom. Tom and Joni do an amazing job at taking care of the breakfast area!
Such a nice place! K.D. at the front desk was friendly, helpful and humorous. She made a busy front desk seem easy to handle. Our room was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast next door was delicious with hot eggs and sausage, plus all the usual choices. The attendant did a great job keeping the food stocked snd the whole area clean. Location is central to town. Price is reasonable. We'll be back when next in the area!
We were visiting from out of town and our grandson wasn't feeling well. Jennifer put together a small "care package" for him and she even included some valentines treats as it was valentines day! We had just met her that morning and she cared for us like family! We will definitely stay here again!
I don't have any complaints about this hotel, you do have to walk to a different location for breakfast but it was top notch and just little weird nothing to complain about. My room reader wasn't working but maintenance came right up and fixed it for me. It was nice and updated. I'm not sure what else to say but I was satisfied and would stay here again.
Comfortable and quiet rooms. The beds are super comfortable and we had a good nights rest. They also offer free-coffee to hotel guests in the foyer. Great service at breakfast and we were surprised by the local ghost, George, who played us a tune on the piano!
